I, _________ ,  accept the following conditions upon receipt of this recipe.  I will not ever use this recipe in any contest in which Bad Bob is competing, and every time I fix this recipe I will bow in the direction of the Brawley Cattle Call arena and say "Bad Bob boils the best beef!"

Bad Bob's "Really" Chili:

 2lbs. ground sirloin,
 1 1\2 lb.. pork sausage   (Jimmy Deans "hot")
 1 large red onion,
 1 large bell pepper
 5 yellow chilis (sans seeds) 5 serrano chilis  3 jalapenos chilis  (sans seeds)
 2 tsp. cumin,  5 cloves garlic  2 -3 oz New Mexico chili powder
 3 15 oz cans tomato sauce
 Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, canola oil

Brown sirloin with salt and pepper and a couple of dashes Worcestershire sauce in skillet.  Brown sausage separately and then combine meats.  Dice chilis and garlic, then roast in separate skillet. Sauté onion and bell pepper in oil.  Put everything in large pot and simmer until consistency is perfect.
